Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior consultant to lead and manage client engagements in the financial services sector, including banking, insurance, and capital markets. The role focuses on risk management, compliance, and business transformation, delivering actionable recommendations and robust stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three(3) to Ten(10) Years of experience.
• Experience in financial services (inclusive of banking, insurance, capital markets), consulting, advisory services, or a related field
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex business problems and work effectively in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience managing projects, workstreams, or client deliverables
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment
• None clearance required
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Change Management, or related credentials are nice to have
