Job summary

TransPak is seeking a Senior Operations Program Manager to lead an end-to-end consolidation program across multiple sites. You will drive strategy, governance, and execution that aligns production, logistics, and workforce plans with company goals.

You will collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, IT, and plant leadership to minimize disruption while maintaining schedule and cost targets. This role requires strong executive communication and proven program leadership in manufacturing settings.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of program or project management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site transformation efforts (e.g., plant consolidations, M&A integration).
• Strong knowledge of production operations, logistics, and workforce planning.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the master program plan with milestones, interdependencies, risk registers, and resourcing models.
• Develop governance practices to support faster, clearer decision-making in a matrixed environment.
• Maintain executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and progress updates.
• Lead facility transitions, equipment relocations, and site readiness to ensure production continuity.
• Coordinate across HR, Legal, Finance, IT, Operations, and Plant Management as the central hub for workstreams.
