Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience in manufacturing, management, engineering.
• Experience managing a production floor and budget.
• Experience in wood or plastic product manufacturing a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage production schedules and workflows and staffing so that products meet specifications and on-time delivery to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Manage team members including interviewing, selection and hiring; training new employees on procedures and safety; directing the work, managing performance and recognizing great performance to provide a positive work environment for all.
• Maintain budget cost effectiveness and contribute to monthly profit/loss.
