Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a Senior Logistics Manager to lead transportation, logistics, distribution, and customer service across multiple facilities. You will optimize carrier management, freight execution, inventory movement, and network performance while driving continuous improvement and cost-effective logistics solutions.

The role requires leadership of logistics teams, strategic collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Procurement, and a track record of delivering service level

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years in logistics, transportation, or 3PL.
• 3+ years leading managers or multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of TMS, carrier relations, and freight optimization.
• Experience in fast-paced 3PL, manufacturing, or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily logistics and transportation operations across multiple sites.
• Develop strategies to improve service levels and cost efficiency.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, oversee procurement.
• Set and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, freight cost, inventory.
• Collaborate with Ops, Supply Chain, CS, Procurement, and Finance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and labor planning.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety standards.
• Develop and mentor Logistics Managers and Supervisors.
