Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated success leading operational transformation with measurable KPI improvements.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles applied across multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI results at multiple sites and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic and tactical leadership in production, maintenance, quality, safety, logistics, and planning.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve flow and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to align operational goals with business objectives.
• Develop and implement data-driven performance metrics and dashboards.
