Job summary

Divergent is seeking a Production Project Planner to partner with PMO, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to build and maintain program schedules from proposal through part release and delivery. You will ensure design, release and supply‑chain activities are synchronized to achieve program success across multiple sites and materials.

This on‑site role requires hands‑on leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, operations, manufacturing, supply chain management, or consulting.
• Experience building and maintaining integrated program schedules with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Exposure to planning across multiple production sites, processes, or material systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMO and engineering during the proposal phase to develop detailed schedules and update them as design progresses.
• Monitor real-time progress against the schedule, flag variances, and coordinate corrective actions with engineering leads.
• Build and maintain multi-material program plans accounting for lead times, qualification paths, and process maturity.
• Define planning for programs spanning multiple factories with site scope, synchronization, and capacity balancing.
• Plan inter-factory logistics, including material movement, transit times, and buffer placement.
• Define hand-off points and data requirements between sites and material streams for seamless multi-site execution.
• Collaborate with data teams to report status and health of programs across materials, sites, and logistics lanes.
• Participate in S&OP meetings to synchronize demand, supply, and production plans across sites.
• Identify gaps in scheduling or supply-chain processes and codify repeatable planning standards.
