Job summary

CTDI is seeking a General Manager to lead account management, customer relations, and operations for a major CTDI customer. This role directs the program management team and collaborates with customers to grow business opportunities across CTDI’s branches.

The ideal candidate has 10–15 years in operations management within high-volume settings and a BS in Business Management or related field. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams in a distribution, manufacturing, or logistics setting.
• Strong coaching and employee development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CTDI program management team and manage customer relations.
• Ensure service levels, metrics, and quality performance goals are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Prepare reports and analyses for customers and CTDI management.
• Support safety programs and compliance with OSHA and security policies.
• Report to the Director of Program Management for a major customer.
