Job summary

CTDI is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee multiple distribution facilities and ensure delivery of service levels for a major telecom customer in Texas. The role requires strong coaching, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration with IT, HR, Accounting, and Program Management, with an emphasis on safety and process standardization.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of proven Operations management experience.
  • 10+ years working in a high-volume distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, technical service, or forward logistics operation.
  • Experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.

  • Meet customer service expectations, including achieving CTDI service levels and quality goals.
  • Generate and cultivate ideas for continual process improvement and lead standardization across branch operations.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, Accounting, Program Management, Quality and other departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Prepare reports and analyses as required by the customer or CTDI internal teams.
  • Support and ensure compliance with CTDI safety programs and OSHA/state safety laws.
  • Ensure compliance with building security requirements.
  • Report to the Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that customer's service expectations are met, including achieving all CTDI service levels metrics and quality performance goals.
  • Generate, cultivate, and communicate ideas for continual improvement of processes and activities across all areas of the operation and lead standardization within the branch operations.
  • Communicate and interact with customer and various internal functional departments (i.e. IT, HR, Accounting, Program Management, Quality etc.) in order to resolve issues, capitalize on opportunities and improve business and service performance.
  • Prepare various reports and analyses as required by the customer or CTDI internal organizations.
  • Support and ensure compliance with CTDI safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
  • Ensure compliance with all building security requirements set forth by CTDI and its customers.
  • Position reports to the Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer

  • Previous experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.
Education
  • Minimum of a B.S. Degree in Business Management or a related discipline is preferred.
