Job summary

CTDI is seeking a General Manager to lead account management, customer relations, and branch operations across a major CTDI customer. You will supervise the program management team, develop new business opportunities, ensure service levels are met, and collaborate with internal departments to drive performance and growth for the organization.

You will also oversee reporting, safety compliance, and security requirements while aligning with the Director of Program Management to deliver exceptional

Responsibilities

• Lead account management, customer relations, and branch operations for a major CTDI customer.
• Guide and develop the program management team and drive process standardization.
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Accounting, and other departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Prepare reports and analyses for the customer and CTDI leadership.
• Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and site policies.
• Report to the Director of Program Management for the major customer.
