Job summary

CTDI is a large-scale engineering, repair, and logistics company serving the country’s major wireless, internet, and cable providers. The role leads operations across multiple facilities, driving service levels, process improvements, and data-driven decisions in a franchise-like environment.

The position reports to the Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer and requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proven track record in high-volume logistics and manufacturing

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of proven operations management experience required.
• 10+ years in high-volume distribution, 3PL, manufacturing, or forward logistics.
• Experience managing multiple facilities preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, report preparation, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Meet CTDI service level metrics and quality goals for customer operations.
• Generate ideas for process improvements and standardization across branches.
• Communicate with customer and internal departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Prepare reports and analyses as required by customer or CTDI.
• Support CTDI safety programs and OSHA/state workplace safety laws.
• Ensure compliance with building security requirements.
• Position reports to the Director of Program Management for a major CTDI customer.
