Job summary

Capacity is seeking a results-driven Operations- Finance professional in New Jersey to lead procurement, analytics, and cost control initiatives. You will own KPI dashboards, vendor management, and cross-functional programs with IT and operations to drive efficiency.

Senior responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, and process improvement to maximize profitability while collaborating with Controllers and VP Finance. On-site role with exposure to ERP systems and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management, supply chain or operations management.
• Certifications such as CPP, CSCP, CPSM, CPIM are desirable.
• 5+ years’ experience in operations and finance, manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong analytical and financial insight for forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Excellent relationship management, leadership, and communication skills to influence strategy.
• Advanced Excel; experience with D365, Power BI/Tableau, SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance leadership to recommend, develop, and implement process efficiencies that improve profitability.
• Develop KPI reporting, dashboards, spending analysis, and operational performance tools.
• Analyze labor costs by function and drive cost savings across operational expenditures.
• Identify root-cause process inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, and data owners to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Support cost rationalization and ROI decisions for staffing, productivity, overtime.
