Job summary

Fresh in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Operations FP&A to partner with Global Operations. You will lead financial planning, pricing, and capital decisions, translating operational data into clear financial insight and driving margin, cash and inventory performance.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D and Marketing to optimize profitability, while supporting S&OP, cost tracking and governance across a global network.

Qualifications

• Progressive FP&A or operations finance experience.
• Strong understanding of gross margin, costing and working capital.
• Experience partnering with operations leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Advanced Excel and financial-modelling skills; SAP/Anaplan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Budget, Forecast and Long-Range Plan for Operations including COGS and inventory.
• Explain actual performance vs Budget/Forecast with risks & opportunities.
• Build projections and scenario analyses tied to operational assumptions.
• Translate ops data into P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow impacts.
• Develop KPIs for logistics, inventory, and productivity initiatives.
• Provide financial analysis for capex and make-vs-buy decisions.
