Job summary

Fresh is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations FP&A to partner with its global Operations team from Jersey City. You will drive financial leadership across product costing, gross margin, inventory, and CAPEX, turning operational data into forward-looking insights and scenarios.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for COGS, inventory, and OPEX; build monthly reviews and scenario analyses; and collaborate across Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial to optimize

Qualifications

6-7 years of FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, product costing or controlling.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related discipline.
Strong understanding of gross margin, standard costing, inventory accounting and working-capital management.
Advanced Excel and financial-modeling skills; experience with SAP, Anaplan and BI tools preferred.
Proven experience partnering with operational leaders and improving financial processes and reporting.
Fluent English; additional languages such as French are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead Budget, Forecast and Long-Range Planning for Operations including COGS, gross margin, inventory and Operations OPEX.
Prepare monthly Operations financial reviews and build full-year projections and scenario analyses.
Analyze gross margin and product costing drivers, partnering with Procurement, Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial.
Manage inventory and working-capital reporting, including ageing, excess/obsolete stock and coverage.
Monitor freight, warehousing and logistics costs and develop operational KPIs and productivity initiatives.
Build business cases for Operations projects and support CAPEX governance, tracking project spend and returns.
Ensure financial control and data integrity across COGS, inventory and Operations-related reporting and systems.
