Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an analytics-focused professional in New Jersey to partner with Supply Chain and Technology teams. The role translates business problems into analytics, reports, and digital solutions to improve decision-making, service, efficiency, and cost.

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, influencing stakeholders across functions and promoting adoption of new capabilities and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
4-6+ years of analytics or supply chain experience.
Experience turning business problems into analytics solutions.
Strong business acumen with end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
Ability to influence multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities

Partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams to deliver analytics solutions.
Lead analytics and digital product design, deployment to improve decisions and costs.
Translate requirements into scalable reporting and automation.
Manage analytics initiatives from concept to deployment.
Influence stakeholders and drive user adoption.
