Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a data-minded analytics professional to partner with Supply Chain, Technology, and Data teams in New Jersey. You will drive analytics and digital products that enhance decision-making, service levels, and operational efficiency across end-to-end supply chain processes.

The role requires translating complex business needs into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation, and guiding initiatives from concept to deployment with stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4-6+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, product management, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience translating business problems into analytics, reporting, or technology solutions.
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Technology and Data teams to identify opportunities and deliver analytics solutions that drive measurable business value.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of analytics and digital products that improve decision-making, service, operational efficiency, and cost.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, analytics, and automation solutions.
• Manage analytics initiatives from concept through deployment, driving stakeholder alignment and user adoption.
• Influence stakeholders across functions and support organizational adoption of new capabilities and processes.
