Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Manager, Procurement Planning, SIOP & Analytics to lead forecasting, financial analysis, and continuous improvement across procurement. You will manage the SIOP process, align demand with supplier capacity, and drive executive visibility into spend and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, procurement, finance, business analytics, operations planning, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading SIOP, IBP, demand planning, or supply planning processes.
• Strong financial modeling and business analysis capabilities.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, forecasting models, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain management principles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage Rowan's Procurement SIOP process.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and long-range procurement planning cycles.
• Consolidate demand signals from multiple teams into a unified forecast.
• Develop demand planning models for major equipment and supplier commitments.
• Facilitate executive SIOP reviews and cross-functional planning meetings.
• Create supplier capacity planning models to identify future constraints and risks.
• Monitor market conditions and lead times to support strategic decisions.
• Recommend mitigation strategies for supplier constraints and risks.
• Develop and maintain procurement spend forecasts across projects and categories.
• Create financial models to evaluate sourcing strategies and risks.
• Support annual budgeting and long-range forecasting.
• Develop cash flow forecasts tied to equipment purchases.
• Analyze project commitments, pricing trends, and opportunities for cost avoidance.
• Support executive decision-making through scenario analysis and modeling.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Establish metrics for forecast accuracy and supplier performance.
• Create reporting tools for portfolio-level risks and status.
• Analyze procurement performance and identify trends for corrective action.
• Utilize data analytics to improve planning accuracy.
• Support strategic sourcing with spend analytics and market intelligence.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for forecasting accuracy and scalability.
• Establish governance for planning and reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for visibility and execution.
• Drive data-driven decision-making across procurement functions.
• Support automation to improve planning capabilities.
