U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Business Process & Operations Analyst to lead improvements and drive operational excellence across the organization.

The role acts as a liaison between business partners, operations teams, and technology groups to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and enhance workflow efficiency and customer experience. The successful candidate will bring strong business analysis, process management, project delivery, testing, and stakeholder engagement skills to assess

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in business analysis, operations management, or process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with system implementations and technology initiatives.
• Knowledge of ITSM principles and processes.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or Continuous Improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify efficiency gains and cost reductions.
• Perform root-cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Document current and future-state process flows and requirements.
• Recommend and implement process improvements.
• Measure performance with established metrics and reporting tools.
• Engage stakeholders across multiple business lines during requirements sessions.
• Evaluate technology solutions to support objectives and develop business cases.
• Define functional requirements with business and tech teams.
