Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of operational functions, systems, procedures, and products/services.
• Understanding of applicable Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of products and services and related documentation.
• Strong organizational, managerial, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective supervisory and management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Directly and through staff, manages and coordinates the operational activities for assigned area(s)/region(s).
• Ensures quality service and effective operations support for all customers.
• Leads high-performance teams by setting goals, providing feedback, measuring progress, and building accountability.
• Oversees adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with laws within area.
• Participates in review and improvement of operational systems and procedures.
