You will partner with business leaders and vendors, coordinate testing, and develop robust reports to support strategic decisions and risk reduction. This role requires strong communication and project management across multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, four or more years of related experience.
• Experience with testing, QA, or user acceptance testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to support strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate and execute business-side testing for system enhancements and vendor solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, metrics, and operational data.
• Support process improvement efforts that increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Track projects, enhancements, and testing activities using Jira.
• Identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions.
• Assist with requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis of business needs.
• Support implementation of new processes and operational changes.
• Create and maintain test plans, track issues, and report testing results.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology partners.
• Manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a dynamic environment.
