You will formulate proposals, evaluate costs, and define technical and procedural improvements, serving as a liaison between management, staff and information systems. The role requires deep experience in systems development, strong data skills, and the ability to drive projects, write test plans, and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years direct experience with project lead responsibilities, or 8+ years related experience.
• Experience with ETF service operations preferred.
• Strong data, documentation and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and perform systems analysis to improve workflow and efficiency.
• Analyze costs and estimate cost savings from proposed changes.
• Modify existing applications or develop new ones.
• Serve as liaison between management, staff and information systems.
• Write test plans and test new systems.
• Develop communication tools to raise awareness of policies and results.
