Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO Leaders to join its Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll apply hands-on governance, planning, and portfolio management experience to answer research questions and assess PMO scenarios.

Successful candidates will complete a short test, then participate in paid tasks by researchers, earning up to $200 per hour with flexible hours and the option to work from home.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
• Deep knowledge in project governance, resource planning, or portfolio management.
• Hands-on use of planning tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Responsabilités

• Answer research questions on prioritisation, resource allocation, and governance.
• Review PMO scenarios and forecast budgeting workflows.
• Provide feedback on tools and workflows for planning platforms.
