Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join its Expert Network as subject matter experts. You will apply hands-on experience in governance, portfolio management, and capacity planning to advise researchers and contribute to paid research tasks.

Selected experts can earn competitive pay (up to $200 per hour) by answering questions, reviewing scenarios, and providing insights. Training and a quick test are part of the onboarding, with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Director-level experience in Operations or PMO.

• Domain knowledge in governance, capacity planning or portfolio management.
• Proficient with planning/PPM tools (MS Project, Planview, Jira, etc.).
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• PayPal account required for payments.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Assess PMO scenarios including governance cycles and budget forecasting.
• Participate in surveys and interviews sharing domain expertise.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows and processes for planning platforms.
• Contribute framework input for governance in operations and PMO contexts.
