Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO Leaders with hands-on experience to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll complete a brief skills test and, if successful, join Prolific as a participant to share insights with researchers and organizations.

Experts are paid to contribute, with many tasks offering up to $200 per hour. Tasks vary in length, with some requiring about an hour of uninterrupted work, while others may be shorter.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO across sectors.
• Deep knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, or capacity planning.
• Experience with planning tools (MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Share expert perspective on project prioritisation, resource allocation, and governance.
• Assess PMO scenarios such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestones, and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews on planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute to framework input for research on how Operations and PMO use planning tools.
