Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. You will assess planning and governance scenarios, participate in surveys, and provide feedback on processes and tools.

Successful candidates will be paid to share deep experience in operations planning and portfolio management, with flexible, remote work arrangements. Ideal applicants have director-level or higher experience in Operations/PMO, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in an Operations or PMO function.
• Deep domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools like MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions with your expert perspective on governance, planning, and portfolio management topics.
• Review scenarios using real-world experience to assess programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews informing research on planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows and processes related to planning and portfolio management in operations contexts.
• Contribute SME input to help research teams understand how PMO functions use governance frameworks.
