Job summary

Nordstrom is seeking a Program Manager 2 to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the OBM Operations PMO. You will own end-to-end delivery, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain execution discipline across Inventory Ops, Facilities, Store Ops, Supply Chain, and Transportation.

The role emphasizes executive-ready updates, risk management, and structured problem solving, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in program management, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or operations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of large-scale, cross-functional Operations initiatives, driving from problem definition through planning, execution, and completion with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination hub for assigned initiatives, connecting stakeholders across multiple domains to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Develop and manage detailed program plans, milestones, and workback schedules, ensuring visibility into progress, dependencies, and risks across all workstreams.
• Partner with Technology and BI teams to align programs with the broader tech roadmap across domains.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks and issues with structure and urgency to maintain operational continuity.
