Job summary

Nordstrom seeks a Director, Facilities Centralized Ops & Programs to own and drive Nordstrom's centralized Facilities programs across Soft Services, Utilities, Safety, and Engineering Services. This role leads the PMO, sets governance, and delivers a coordinated operating model with accountability across locations.

This senior leader will build a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships (CBRE/JLL), and partner with executives to align strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, facilities, or engineering.
• 10+ years of progressive program management, operations, or PMO leadership in a large multi-site environment.
• 5+ years of people leadership with direct reports.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred; Certified SCRUM Master a plus.
• Experience in corporate facilities, real estate, or retail operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance and delivery of Soft Services, Utilities, Safety, and Engineering Services programs.
• Lead PMO operating model, governance, intake, and cadence across Facilities program teams.
• Drive business integration, change management, and adoption of AI-enabled tools.
• Build and lead the Facilities Business Operations team with clear roles and accountability.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors; prepare updates for executive review.
