Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management with a focus on data strategy or data platforms.
• Proven success setting multi‑year vision for a data domain and aligning cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex data/technical tradeoffs for executive decisions.
• Familiarity with modern cloud data architectures (GCP/BigQuery, Looker, medallion architecture).
• Strong governance, domain modeling, and self‑service enablement experience.

Responsibilities

• Craft a multi‑year data product vision for the Operations domain and align with enterprise data strategy.
• Define governance and architecture direction for data across Returns, Store Ops, and Customer Orders.
• Lead build‑vs‑buy discussions and architectural tradeoffs with engineering leadership.
• Present the domain data strategy and investment cases to CSCO/EVP/SVP level.
• Prioritize data capabilities by balancing near‑term needs with long‑term platform maturity.
• Coordinate across Product, Tech, Data Science, Analytics, and Business leaders.
• Shape governance standards for domain naming, metrics, and access models.
• Anticipate AI advancements and roadmap analytical AI products built on governed data.
• Mentor product managers and analysts on domain roadmap execution.
• Define success metrics at the domain level.
