Job summary

Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager 2 within the OBM Operations PMO in Seattle to own large-scale cross-functional initiatives across Inventory Operations, Facilities, Store Operations, Supply Chain, and Transportation.

You will develop detailed plans, manage risks, and deliver executive-ready updates, while partnering with Technology and BI teams to align with the Ops roadmap. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager of OBM Operations PMO.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
4+ years of program management or related experience with cross-functional teams.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end management of large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholders across Inventory Ops, Facilities, Store Ops, Supply Chain, and Transportation.
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, and risks.
Deliver executive-ready status updates and leadership communications.
Partner with Technology and BI teams to align with the Ops road map.
Oversee intake and prioritization of new initiatives and requests.
