Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain customer service.
• Strong problem-solving and quick issue resolution.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; excel for tracking/analysis.
• Experience managing inventory in RF Portal or manual systems.
• Understanding of transportation modes and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and provide rate quotes for standard and expedited requests.
• Register orders and identify special transportation requirements.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery; track shipments.
• Monitor service failures and apply late reason codes.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies with customers.
• Coordinate damage assessments and communicate updates.
• Support SOPs and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support inventory management in RF Portal and manual systems.
