Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience performing professional level operational and plant management duties; logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; strong written communication for reports and presentations.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of a logistics operation to maximize scheduling and delivery to the customer.
• Interface with customer to ensure smooth coordination of scheduling and maximize schedule adherence.
• Enact contingency plans during system problems or disasters; escalate issues to management.
• Review performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide effective leadership to Warehouse Managers and teams, enforcing standards.
