Job summary

ECMC Foundation, part of the ECMC Group, seeks a Senior Operations Partner to shape infrastructure, governance, and business practices, partnering across the foundation and ECMC Group to deliver scalable, data-driven operations. The role oversees financial operations, contracting, risk, systems, and vendor management, driving efficiency and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, nonprofit management, public administration, or related field, or equivalent combination with 7+ years in operations/finance.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating plans, governance, milestones, and performance measures.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior leaders without direct authority.
• Strong judgment to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, expense management, reconciliations, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Operational strategy and portfolio ownership: design and evolve operating model, systems, controls, and workflows with multiyear roadmaps.
• Strategic partnership and decision support: advise leadership on implications, risks, resources, and opportunities with actionable plans.
• Cross-functional leadership: manage high‑impact initiatives across teams and partners, align stakeholders and drive adoption.
• Financial stewardship: lead budget administration, forecasting, expense monitoring, reconciliations, and management reporting.
• Contracting, procurement, and vendor governance: manage contracts, vendor relationships, and escalations with legal and finance.
