Job summary

ECMC Foundation is seeking a Senior Associate, Grants Management Data & Systems to act as the subject matter expert for grants management systems, data governance, reporting, and process optimization. The role partners with Grants Management leadership, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to implement technology and data solutions that support the foundation’s grantmaking strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in finance, data analytics, BI, or IS.
• Experience administering grants management systems or enterprise applications.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and metrics development using BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for grants management systems and data governance.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, analytics, and KPIs for decisions and reporting.
• Lead data quality, reconciliation, and governance efforts.
• Design, test, and implement system enhancements and automated workflows.
• Collaborate with Grants Management, Finance, IT and stakeholders to translate needs into tech solutions.
