Qualifications

• 3–4 years in behavioral health / human services operations or PM.
• Proficient with automation and AI-enabled tools for processes and reporting.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and executives.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning with executives to translate priorities into operational plans.
• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans and timelines.
• Consolidate fragmented workflows into unified, documented processes.
• Lead product and resource development within clinical models.
• Define KPIs and build status reports and dashboards.
