Job summary

CTDI is seeking a GM, FP&A to partner with divisions and drive financial success, leading a small staff and providing executive-level commentary on performance.

The role focuses on financial reporting, budgeting, close processes, and cost control to optimize the division's results in a high-volume environment. CTDI emphasizes a family-friendly culture with strong benefits and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Finance/Accounting/Operations experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in profit and loss businesses and influencing results.
• Strong accounting skills, with working knowledge of Excel including financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for financial, analytical, and operational support of the divisions' footprint.
• Optimize the financial performance of the division and monitor expenses.
• Provide accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting to internal stakeholders.
• Supervise monthly close, balance sheet, and P&L review; ensure reporting deadlines are met.
• Lead the division's budget builds and participate in weekly P&L meetings.
• Identify new process improvements and oversee the financial inventory control process.
• Oversee client invoicing, AP, and AR analysis.
