Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive end-to-end warehouse and production operations. You will lead a team of supervisors, coordinate warehousing and distribution, and partner with customers to meet schedules, KPIs, and quality targets.

The role emphasizes process improvement, labor optimization, safety, and collaboration with the Quality team to deliver exceptional service and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Flexible, self-motivated, analytical with excellent communication.
• Proven leadership capabilities; able to interact with all levels.
• 10+ years of operations experience in a multi-client, high-tech environment.
• Active management of production, quality and technical support areas.
• Workforce management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production, quality, reliability, and safety requirements.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and develop production management staff.
• Serve as key communication link between operations and customers.
• Coordinate warehousing and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor labor management and ensure cost center accuracy.
• Prepare OPS KPI data weekly, monthly and quarterly.
• Support QMS and corrective actions.
• Oversee safety and employee engagement.
• Ensure client KPI targets like On Time Delivery, Inventory Control and Claims are met.
• Lead and develop a team of OPS Supervisors.
• Oversee inventory control metrics and support audits.
• Identify process improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Collaborate with Quality Department.
