Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a large warehouse team and drive operational excellence across our North American network.

You will coach and develop Supervisors, implement efficient workflows, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver KPI-driven performance improvements while collaborating with HR and cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and enhance overall service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and improve productivity.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy, to support decision-making and improvements.
• Foster open communication among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to support the hiring of Supervisors.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
