DHL Supply Chain in the United States (Jacksonville, FL) is seeking a Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) to lead a diverse team and drive efficient warehouse operations. You will develop workflows, manage labor planning, enforce safety standards, and produce KPI reports to guide decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR, cross-functional teams, and customer-focused problem resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1+ years logistics industry experience.
2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor planning, standardize processes, and improve productivity.
Uphold health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
Prepare reports on KPIs, productivity and accuracy to support decision-making.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Collaborate with HR and site leadership on hiring Supervisors and talent selection.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
Engage with customers to address concerns and drive customer satisfaction.
