Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead manufacturing operations, production control, and materials functions. You will develop operational plans, budgets, policies, and procedures while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 9+ years in operations management with leadership experience, and a strong background in manufacturing processes, inventory control, and ERP/MES systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Operations, Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 9+ years of operations management experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to recruit, direct and evaluate staff and develop competencies.
