Job summary

You will manage a team of HSE professionals and provide expert guidance to operations across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes industrial hygiene oversight, exposure assessments, and a strong leadership focus to strengthen safety culture and risk mitigation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in an industrial hygiene or HSE role.
• CIH certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrial hygiene program ownership and hazard control.
• Oversee exposure monitoring programs and trend analysis.
• Develop and manage key IH/HSE programs (respiratory protection, confined space, etc.).
• Ensure OSHA/state/local regulatory compliance across locations.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to HSE teams.
• Collaborate with partners to drive safety program maturity.
