Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the distribution center, streamline loading of distribution equipment, and coordinate weekly and monthly demand planning with logistics and supply chain teams.

The role emphasizes KPI analysis, asset protection, and a collaborative culture, with exposure to SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, and GreenMile. A Bachelor's degree with significant leadership experience is required; Master’s is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead distribution center operations day-to-day to ensure timely loading of equipment.
• Supervise and develop the distribution center team.
• Analyze daily/weekly KPIs and coordinate with departments to meet goals and customer satisfaction.
• Safeguard company assets and foster a culture of teamwork and transparency.
• Utilize SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, and GreenMile applications in operations.

Position Responsibilities:

• The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain team
• This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team
• You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction
• The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency
• You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 11 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s Degree
