Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center activities, collaborate with multiple departments, and ensure timely loading of equipment while aligning with volume forecasts.

You will supervise the DC team, analyze daily and weekly KPIs, safeguard assets, and drive a culture of teamwork and transparency. SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, and GreenMile experience is a strong plus; shift is full-time starting at 7am.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 11+ years of specific experience and 6+ years leadership.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, coordinating weekly/monthly volume and demand planning with logistics and supply chain teams.
• Manages day-to-day distribution center operations, including selection, supervision, and development of the DC team.
• Establishes daily/weekly KPI analysis and maintains collaborative relationships with all departments to achieve goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures safeguard and security of company assets and promotes a culture of teamwork, synergy, and transparency.
• Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications is advantageous.
• Other duties as assigned.
