Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center activities, supervise the DC team, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely loading of distribution equipment and accurate volume forecasting.

You will analyze daily and weekly KPIs, safeguard assets, and foster a culture of teamwork and transparency. Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, or GreenMile is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership
• High School Diploma/GE Diploma with 11+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure loading of distribution equipment and forecast volume with logistics and supply chain teams
• Manage day-to-day DC operations, supervising and developing the DC team

Position Responsibilities

• The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain team
• This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team
• You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction
• The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency
• You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications
• Other duties as assigned
