Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, a leading beverage provider, is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee distribution center activities from a 7am start, ensuring timely loading and accurate volume forecasting in collaboration with logistics and supply chain teams.

You will manage day-to-day DC operations, develop the DC team, monitor KPI performance, safeguard company assets, and apply SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS or GreenMile tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Or high school diploma with 11+ years of related experience and 6+ years of leadership.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure loading of distribution equipment and forecast volume with logistics.
• Manage day-to-day DC operations and supervise the DC team.
• Analyze daily/weekly KPIs and coordinate with departments to meet goals.
• Safeguard company assets and foster a culture of transparency.
• Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS and/or GreenMile applications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities

• The Operations Manager partners with various departments to ensure timely and accurate loading of all distribution equipment, collaborating to build weekly/monthly volume and demand planning forecast to coordinate volume forecast with logistics and supply chain team
• This role will manage execution of day-to-day distribution center operations assisting in the selection, supervision, and development of the DC team
• You will establish the analysis of daily/weekly KPI’s and maintain collaborative relationships with all department to achieve goals and provide customer satisfaction
• The Operations Manager ensures the safeguard and security of company assets as well as teamwork and alignment to guarantee a culture of synergy and transparency
• You will also experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and/or GreenMile applications
• Other duties as assigned
