Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee multiple departments within the distribution center, including warehouse, transportation, and 3rd party distributors. You will build weekly and monthly volume forecasts, manage day-to-day operations within budget, and lead the distribution center team.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with leadership experience or a high school diploma with extensive related experience and leadership. A Master’s Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 9 to 11+ years of related experience and 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the warehouse, transportation, and 3rd party distributors to ensure timely loading of distribution equipment in a cost-effective manner.
• Build weekly and monthly volume forecasts to manage distribution center operations within labor and operating expense budgets.
• Assist in the selection, supervision, and development of the distribution center team.
• Oversee the merchandising team in locations as appropriate.
• Assist in establishment and analysis of daily/weekly KPIs and annual departmental budgets.
• Maintain collaboration with logistics and supply chain planning teams to meet goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
