Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling in Michigan is seeking an Operations Manager to lead distribution center activities, supervise the DC team, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely loading of distribution equipment and accurate volume forecasting.

You will analyze daily and weekly KPIs, safeguard assets, and foster a culture of teamwork and transparency. Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, or GreenMile is preferred, along with a Bachelor's degree and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership
• High School Diploma/GE Diploma with 11+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership
• Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with departments to ensure loading of distribution equipment and forecast volume with logistics and supply chain teams
• Manage day-to-day DC operations, supervising and developing the DC team
• Analyze daily/weekly KPIs and coordinate with departments to achieve goals and customer satisfaction
• Safeguard company assets and foster a culture of synergy and transparency
• Experience with SAP, Dematic/ProTrack, ELS, and GreenMile applications
• Other duties as assigned
