Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or supervisory roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with employees, customers and leadership.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous leadership or employee relations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between drivers, operations leadership, and customer representatives.
• Support daily communication regarding route changes, customer requirements, staffing needs, and operational updates.
• Assist with driver onboarding, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Follow up on attendance, scheduling concerns, and workforce-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support employee coaching, recognition, and performance discussions as directed by leadership.
• Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate interviews, and onboarding activities when needed.
• Ensure timely communication of company policies, safety initiatives, and operational expectations.
