Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to participate in an advanced leadership development program across plasma centers nationwide. You will relocate after the program and aim for a Plasma Center Operations Manager role.

The program includes six months of expedited training, followed by 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position, with mentorship and hands-on learning across all center operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90–100% during the trainee program.
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Ability to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse team in a fast-paced plasma center environment.
• Support staff planning, recruiting, and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in managing operations and ensuring high-quality donor experience.
