Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its advanced leadership development program. You will rotate through plasma centers nationwide, traveling up to 95% to gain hands-on experience and mentorship, with the goal of assuming a Plasma Center Operations Manager role and relocating to a BioLife location.

The program emphasizes continuous learning, team leadership, and career advancement within a fast-paced, regulated environment across 235+ centers

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to travel up to 90-100% during the Trainee Program.
• Relocation required after graduation/completion of Trainee Program.

Responsibilities

• Drive the six-month expedited training program and mentor teammates.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team across BioLife plasma centers.
• Support career progression toward Plasma Center Operations Manager and eventual relocation to BioLife locations.
• Provide operational support and drive management training across centers.
• Foster exceptional customer service and safe donor experiences.
• Travel across BioLife locations to learn the business and build relationships.
