BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join its leadership development program across the U.S. The role trains you to manage plasma centers, travel up to 95%, and progress to a Plasma Center Operations Manager role with relocation to BioLife locations.

Qualifications

• Relocation required after graduation.
• 3-5 years leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Up to 90-100% travel during the Trainee Program.
• Walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willingness to travel to various BioLife locations.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays availability.
• Valid driver’s license for the duration of the program.
• Lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 5 lbs with occasional 32–50 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and distance hearing.
• 90% of tasks may involve glove wear due to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a leadership development program across BioLife plasma centers.
• Lead and develop teams; conduct performance reviews and staff planning.
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager roles; pursue career growth.
• Travel across the country to learn the business; network with leaders.
• Provide operational support and ensure exceptional donor service.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive continuous improvement.
