Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership program across the U.S. You’ll travel up to 95% of the time, rotate through plasma centers, and complete a six-month expedited training with mentorship.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
• Willingness to relocate and travel up to 95% of the time during the Trainee Program.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Have a valid driver’s license for the entire duration of the program.
• Willingness to work across BioLife locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-volume multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in an expedited six-month leadership development program.
• Relocate to Plasma Center Operations Manager role after training.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to drive operational excellence and safety.
• Support donor services and production tasks as needed.
